Victoria Peak Hong Kong (Tai Ping Shan) Ticket

Many tourists said: if you can visit only one place in Hong Kong, then go to Victoria Peak! Victoria Peak (Tai Ping Shan in Chinese), also known as Mount Austin, or locally as The Peak. It is the highest hill on Hong Kong Island with an elevation of 552m. With around 7 million visitors per year, the Peak is a major tourist attraction of Hong Kong. It has views of the city and its waterfront.

Peak Tram is a funicular railway in Hong Kong, which carries both tourists and residents to the upper levels of Hong Kong Island. Running from Garden Road Admiralty to Victoria Peak via the Mid-Levels, it provides the most direct route and offers good views over the harbor and skyscrapers of Hong Kong.

Peak Tower is a leisure and shopping complex located at Victoria Gap, near the summit of Victoria Peak on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It also houses the upper terminal of the Peak Tram. On top of Peak Tower, you will have the best view of Victoria Harbor and City of Hong Kong.

  • How to use your e-ticket at the Garden Road Terminal:
    Present the QR code on your e-ticket (sent in a separate pdf file, each traveler will have a separate QR code) from your Smartphone or in paper format at the gate. Please set your phone’s screen brightness to the highest before scanning the QR code. Best scanning distance is around 2-3cm from the gate sensor.
    Garden Road (Chinese: 花園道) is the lower terminus of the Peak Tram line. It is located on the bottom floor of the St. John's Building on Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong, 28m above sea level. Most tourists take Peak Tram from Garden Road to travel to Victoria Peak.
