• Pickup date and time will be the time when the driver meets you either at the airport or your hotel.
  • For international flight, you need to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight departure time; for domestic flight, you need to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight departure time.
  • Driving time varies based on the traffic.
  • Please make sure your reserve enough time so that you don’t miss your flight.
  • The flight# will be the only flight that arrive at China airport if you need airport pickup service; the flight number will be the departure flight from China airport if choose the hotel pickup service. It is for the driver information purpose only.

How to book your airport transportation

  • Choose your airport transportation direction, that means, you can choose the service that will transport you from your place to the airport or from the airport to your place. Also you can choose both services, but you need to submit your order again.
  • Enter your contact name (First name and last name) and email address.
  • Pickup date and time are the time when you like to meet the driver either at the airport or your place.
  • Review your order, please make sure the information that you submit is as accurate as possible, becasue we will use that information to dispatch the transport vehicle.
  • Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Once we receive your order, we will review your order and give you the price for the airport transportation.
